The purpose of PennPAT is to increase opportunities for professional Pennsylvania-based performing artists to obtain successful touring engagements. Through a multi-layered approach that includes grants to presenters, grants to artists, training for artists and marketing support, PennPAT seeks to nurture the diverse ecology of presenting and touring.
